Inquiry & Booking
Reach out with your wedding date, location, and party size. We'll confirm availability and send a custom proposal. A deposit secures your date in our calendar.
The Trial (Recommended)
Book a trial run 2-3 months before the wedding. We'll test your desired look, tweak details, and take notes to ensure perfection on the big day.
Timeline Creation
One month out, we finalize the headcount and create a timeline. We coordinate with your photographer's arrival time to ensure you are ready for "getting ready" shots and the first look.
The Big Day
We arrive early to set up. You sit back, relax, and get pampered. We provide finishing touches and veil placement before we leave you to walk down the aisle!

Do you travel to venues?

Yes! We offer on-location services for bridal parties. Travel fees are calculated based on the distance from our Waterloo salon. We bring our full kit, lighting, and chairs if needed.
When should I book?

We recommend booking as soon as you have your venue secured, typically 6-12 months in advance. Prime dates (May-October weekends) fill up very quickly.
Do I need a trial?

While not mandatory, a trial is highly recommended. It eliminates stress on the big day, ensures we are aligned on your vision, and lets you test the longevity of the look.
How should I prep my hair for the wedding day?

Generally, we recommend washing and blow-drying your hair the night before, avoiding heavy products or flat irons. However, for some hair types (like fine hair), clean hair on the day-of might be better. We will give you specific instructions at your consultation.
